The Property Archive main product is made available by LandNet Corporation DBA Property Archive is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By becoming a Property Archive customer, you are indicating your acceptance of this user agreement. If you do not agree, Property Archive is not willing to provide you with access to Property Archive data and you should immediately discontinue your access to any Property Archive services.


Property Archive may modify this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion and without notice to you. Your continued use of Property Archive service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement; likewise, continued use of Property Archive services after any modification of this Agreement shall constitute acceptance of any such modification.


When purchasing from Property Archive, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Property Archive of any changes to that information. All personal information you provide Property Archive as a Property Archive customer will be treated in accordance with the Property Archive Privacy Policy. Property Archive customers are also subject to the Property Archive Disclaimer.
